  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 clove garlic (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the canned artichoke hearts, patting them dry with paper towels.
  2. Combine garlic powder, kosher salt, olive oil, and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Toss the artichoke hearts until well-coated.
