  • 1 tbsp Mayo
  • 2 tsp Everything But The Bagel seasoning
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 3 leaves Fresh Sage, chopped
  • 1 Fuji Apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 68 slices Turkey Bacon (or plant-based alternative)
  • 34 sprigs Fresh Thyme
  • 4 tbsps Salted Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread turkey bacon on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy. Increase temperature to 400°F (204°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, mayo, Everything But The Bagel seasoning, honey, and chopped sage.
  3. Assemble sandwiches with sauce on sourdough bread, layering cheese, bacon, apple slices, and thyme.
  4. Bake in an oven-safe skillet for 8-10 minutes until melted.
  5. Sear on stovetop over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
