  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pistachios
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • Additional honey for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease well.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients; stir gently until just mixed.
  5. Fold in the chopped walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cinnamon, and cloves.
  6. Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with batter.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the tin for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  9. Drizzle warm muffins with honey before serving.
