  • 5 dried guajillo chiles
  • 3 dried chiles de árbol
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1.5 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 6 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 12 homemade corn tortillas
  • Tomatillo salsa cruda

Instructions
