  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup milk

  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp cinnamon

  2. In a large bowl, cream together sugars and melted butter until light and airy.
  3. Add sour cream, milk, eggs, and vanilla; mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
  6. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl for the filling.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pan; drizzle filling on top and swirl gently.
  8. Bake for about 23-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Prepare icing by boiling butter, sugar, heavy cream, vanilla, and corn syrup; stir in cream cheese and powdered sugar once slightly cooled.
