  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 2½ tsp active dry yeast

  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • â…“ cup coconut oil
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 3 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare potatoes by peeling and cubing them. Boil until tender.
  2. Activate yeast by mixing warm potato water with sugar and yeast; let sit until bubbly.
  3. Combine mashed potatoes, milk, butter, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Warm gently.
