  • ¾ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it well.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, oil (or melted butter), and vanilla until combined.
  5. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just mixed.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips carefully.
  7. Fill muffin cups about two-thirds full with batter.
  8. Bake for 18-22 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
