  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 10.5 oz condensed cheddar soup
  • 10.5 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (12 oz package)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned. Stir in diced onions until translucent.
  2. Add chopped garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking for one minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in condensed cheddar soup and cream of mushroom soup, alongside chicken broth and half-and-half. Mix well to create a creamy base.
  4. Stir in frozen mixed vegetables and bring the mixture to a boil.
  5. Cut each biscuit into six pieces for even cooking. Once boiling, gently add biscuit pieces to the pot.
  6. Cover with a lid, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer for about 15 minutes until dumplings rise.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
