  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 15 g pizza sauce
  • 20 g low-fat cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, all-purpose flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Knead until smooth.
  2. Roll out the dough to about ¼ inch thick on a floured surface.
  3. Cut into squares/rectangles and place about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce and cheese in the center of each piece.
  4. Fold each square over to create pockets and seal well by pressing edges or crimping with a fork.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
