  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 large peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh thyme and basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. In a sauté pan over medium heat, cook turkey strips for about 3 minutes until dark red; remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add olive oil and brown the seasoned chicken thighs for about 1-2 minutes per side.
  4. Cook shallots until translucent, then add grated garlic.
  5. Pour in chicken broth to deglaze the pan and stir for about 3 minutes.
  6. Mix in butter and honey until melted together.
  7. Return chicken thighs to the pan with fresh thyme on top and spoon sauce over them; cover and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Layer peach slices on top and broil for another 3-5 minutes until softened.
