  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • â…› teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and chili powder; marinate with olive oil.
  3. Alternate threading chicken, peach quarters, and jalapeno pieces onto skewers.
  4. Whisk together glaze ingredients: peach preserves, olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
