  • 2 cups Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Onion (chopped)
  • 2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 8 ounces Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in Greek yogurt, sour cream, garlic, ginger, cumin, garam masala, turmeric, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the marinated chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Remove chicken; sauté chopped onions in butter until soft.
  4. Add coriander, garlic, cumin, turmeric, garam masala; cook briefly to release flavors.
  5. Stir in ginger paste, tomato sauce, and coconut milk until combined.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet; simmer for about 20 minutes to meld flavors.
