  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha (or more, to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef (or turkey), breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  5. While the meatballs bake, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha, lemon juice, and soy sauce in a small bowl to make the dip.
