  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp dried dill
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 19 oz. ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 2 oz. frozen spinach (about 1 cup when frozen)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 5 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Combine 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice, 1/8 tsp garlic powder, 1/8 tsp dried dill, and 1/8 tsp salt in a bowl; refrigerate.
  2. Chop sun-dried tomatoes and red onion; crumble feta cheese; thaw and drain spinach.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey with prepared vegetables and seasonings (sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, feta, spinach, oregano, garlic powder, salt).
  4. Divide mixture into five portions; shape into patties.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook patties for 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  6. Spread yogurt sauce on buns and top with burgers and sliced cucumber.
