  • 1 + 1/2 cups blanched almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond butter
  • 4 oz dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 Tbsp peppermint flavoring
  • Shredded coconut
  • Miniature dark chocolate chips
  • Naturally colored sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pan by lining a 6" round springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine almond flour, coconut flour, and salt in a bowl. Mix in melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Firmly press into the prepared pan.
  3. Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut cream in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in almond butter and peppermint flavoring. Pour over the crust.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  5. Decorate with shredded coconut or miniature dark chocolate chips before serving.
