Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz steak (ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz shell pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the shell pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  2. Season steak bites with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear steak on all sides until browned (about 2–3 minutes). Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  4. Toss cooked pasta into the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency. Mix in steak bites gently.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
