  • 3 cups bell pepper (any color), finely diced
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 8 ounces deli roast beef, chopped
  • 16 ounces white American cheese, diced
  • 1 (16oz jar) Salsa con queso
  • 1 (8oz) package cream cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the bell peppers and onion.
  2. In your slow cooker, combine the diced peppers, onions, chopped roast beef, white American cheese, salsa con queso, cream cheese, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  3. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until everything is melted and creamy.
