  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
