  • 1 small red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 large avocado (sliced)
  • 1 medium ripe avocado (for dressing)
  • 1/3 cup almond milk Greek yogurt (or sour cream alternative)
  • Fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet or grill to medium-high heat. Season the steak with sea salt and pepper, then cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until desired doneness. Let rest for 10 minutes.
