  • 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh mint and basil leaves (thinly sliced)
  • Juice of 1 ½ limes
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
  • Pinch of salt

  3. Finish and Serve: Top with remaining feta and additional mint and basil as garnish. Serve immediately for optimal freshness.
