  • 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for cooking
  • 4 burger buns

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Gently mix until evenly combined and form into 4 patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  4. Allow the cooked patties to rest for a few minutes before serving.
  5. Serve on burger buns with desired toppings.
