  • 1 box triple chocolate cake mix
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 2 ½ tsp active dry yeast
  • ½ cup unsalted sweet cream butter, melted
  • 1 cup Mallo Bits
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 ½2 cups mini chocolate chips
  • 1 jar (7 oz) vegan marshmallow crème

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the triple chocolate cake mix, flour, warm water, and active dry yeast. Mix until slightly combined.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic.
  3. Transfer to a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for about an hour until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thick. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle Mallo Bits, mini chocolate chips, and cinnamon over it.
  5. Roll tightly into a log and cut into 1½-inch pieces. Place in a greased baking dish, cover again, and let rise for another hour.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool for 20 minutes before drizzling with chocolate sauce and piping vegan marshmallow crème on top.
